The beginning of summer marks a period of great expansion in the natural world as life begins to buzz with vibrant energy—both metaphorically and physically.
As women, mothers, and life-givers, we hold a special capacity for accessing this sense of expansion. But to expand, there must be an underlying tone of confidence, self-worth, and courage. There is a profound, holy bravery in the act of expansion—in the decision to no longer shrink, but to occupy the full, radiant space we are meant to hold.
To step fully into expansion means stepping fully into our sovereignty. Becoming comfortable with expressing and exposing our voices, our thoughts, and our passions requires us to be comfortable with expansion. How comfortable are you in taking up space in all realms of your life—home, career, family, health, wealth, sexuality, and relationships? Let’s explore!
In this Magdalene Wheel workshop, we take expansion to a deeper level as we tune into ancient wisdom and Magdalene mythos. Together, we will explore:
The lush, mystical verses of the Song of Songs – A Gnostic text also known as the Canticle of Canticles, Song of Solomon, or Shir ha-Shirim. We will also delve into the Gospel of Mary Magdalene and the principle of “letting the inner be like the outer” regarding our desires.
The heart of the Erotic as a divine force of creation and belonging – With Magdalene as the womb of the Divine Feminine and Yeshua as the Divine Masculine with his sacred seed, we will journey to the threshold where the human and divine meet. We will contemplate the depth and meaning of the "Holy of Holies" and Hieros Gamos—the sacred marriage of spirit and flesh—to awaken the "bridal chamber" within our own being.
A guided sacred writing practice – You will compose a love letter to yourself. In this space of deep sensuality and spirit, you will give voice to your own holiness, honoring the beauty of your expansion and the power of your rightful place in the world.
Sacred movement – This includes traditional yoga postures, dance, mudras, and chants to activate and expand our creativity, fertility, and sensuality. Rooted in magical mysticism, we will somatically embrace the teachings of ancient fertility traditions to better understand our own sexuality, sensuality, and spirituality.

The Magdalene Wheel - Beltane Spiral - will take place on Thursday, April 30, 7 – 9 pm EDT via Zoom.
